My little girl really enjoys having oatmeal...she would eat an adult portion everyday for breakfast if we would give it to her! Do you know the health benefits of eating oats? We have found it to be a better buy to get oats in bulk, so I am incorporating them into other recipes like bread and desserts. There are many options to give your family nutritionally valuable food, especially when you can substitute oats for at least half of the called-for amount of flour in a recipe. I have greatly increased the nutrition of our bread, and now am using half oats in all of the flour recipes I've made! Spread the word, and challenge your family to eat more oats!
